SHIPPING CUT OFF HOURS:

  • MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY (UNTIL 9:00 AM EST): ALL Orders made within this time frame are shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • FRIDAY (AFTER 9:00 AM EST) THROUGH SUNDAY: ALL Orders made within this time frame are shipped the following Monday by 5:00 PM

 

Shipping Process/Rate
A tracking number will be updated once the package has been shipped.

Shipping Rates may vary depending on the weight of the item and the actual location of delivery. Detailed shipping rates will appear during your check out process.
**International Buyers: Duty Fees are the responsibility of the International Buyer; Duty Fees will be due upon receiving of your merchandise. Our Shipping Charges DO NOT cover any additional charges applied by the international customs department.

URBAN GEEKS USA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES. PLEASE CONTACT USPS.COM FOR ANY UNDELIVERED PACKAGES TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS POSTAL SERVICE. THANK YOU.

Carriers we use: USPS, UPS, FEDEX

Delivery Turnaround time:
Standard USA Post: Arrival within 2-7 business days

Priority Shipping: 2-3 Business Days | Orders over $75.00 will be priority shipping.

International
Carriers we use: USPS only

 Shipping can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks due to customs processing.

 

Return/Exchange Policy 
Buyers will have 15 days to claim any exchanges or returns from the received date.
All return/exchange must be unworn/unused, with existing hang tag, price tag, main label, and in the original packaging as received.

There will be a restocking fee of 15~50% for all returns with the exception of the following;

  • An error by the shipper (wrong size or wrong style received).
  • Factory damage (defected before opening).

URBAN GEEKS will not be responsible for the shipping costs and reshipment costs for ALL RETURNED ORDERS FOR INVALID ADDRESSES.
URBAN GEEKS USA WILL NOT COVER RETURNED CHARGES. SHIPPING FEES WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED BACK TO US.
